Welcome to the’ Forest of Dean Gymnastics Club’ & FITZONE our Fitness Gym.

This is a friendly Club where girls and boys can enjoy the sport of gymnastics in classes which range from Gym Tots through to Adult Gymnastics and Competitive Squads. Our purpose built facility enables our enthusiastic coaches to provide fun activities which enable and encourage children to develop confidence, coordination, strength, flexibility and new skills safely.  

Children not only learn gymnastics to a high standard but have fun while exercising and getting fit, they also make new friends. As they progress through the Club’s Proficiency Award Scheme, they enjoy new challenges on apparatus. We provide opportunities for everyone to achieve at their own level.

Fitzone Fitness gym welcomes people of all ages and levels of fitness, from beginners to superfit! Fitzone is a friendly gym that will help you improve both your general fitness and quality of life, no matter what your level of fitness is.

Our opening hours allow you to work out whenever you prefer whether morning or evening.  There are two large, spacious, well ventilated fitness areas and a mirrored exercise studio.
