Recreational Gymnastics

Starting at beginner level, children progress through a range of classes to suit their age and ability.

The aim of these classes is to have fun while developing confidence & learning new skills on the apparatus.  We aim for each child to fulfil their potential, whatever their ability.

Most classes run for 1 hour. At Intermediate level gymnast’s hours may increase.

Gymnasts showing aptitude and talent may be selected to train in a development squad having the opportunity to compete in competitions.
